  • MOUTHWASH

  • APPLE CIDER VINEGAR

Technically any type of vinegar is great for your foot bath, due to its antibacterial and exfoliating properties, but apple cider vinegar has a really special place in DIY beauty treatments world. Simply dilute a cup of ACV in hot water and enjoy your bath for at least 10-15 minutes 2-3 times a week. We wouldn’t expect much just from one session, but cumulative effect means better toenails and softer healthier feet.

  • BROWN SUGAR, BAKING SODA, OLIVE OIL

Mix together 1 tablespoon each of brown sugar, baking soda, and olive oil. Use the scrub on your feet, knees, elbows, or any other rough areas, and rinse off well. For even better results, use an acrylic foot file on your heels before you step into the shower (on dry feet). This one is the BEST. After your feet are nice and dry, finish off with a really thick foot lotion.

  • GARLIC

If you suffer from Athlete’s foot, you just need to apply some mashed garlic between the toes and leave it on for 24 hours.

¼ cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice
A little bit of cinnamon
Two tbsp of olive oil
¼ cup of milk
¼ cup of water
· Blend together all the ingredients and apply on your feet.
· Now soak your feet in the water till it is warm.
